Abstract

|
Since 1932, 23 cases have oeen treated surgically for disease of the heart & great vessels.
The details of anesthetic management of 26 cases have been summarized and analyzed with anesthetic agent and techniques. Problems considered in the management of these cases include the emergent nature of operation, preoperative state of the patients, cardiac arhythmias blood and fluid replacement.
